

Bangladesh Federation Cup (Federation Cup, ফেডারেশন কাপ) - an annual domestic cup competition for top-tier clubs in Bangladesh organized by the Bangladesh Football Federation. Regulations: the tournament is staged through a group phase followed by knockout rounds, while the number of participating clubs and the group composition are set by the organizer for each edition, and group matches are played in a round-robin format with 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. If teams are level on points in a group, the ranking is determined in this order: head-to-head points, head-to-head goal difference, head-to-head goals scored, overall goal difference, overall goals scored, penalty shoot-out when only two teams are tied and both are on the field, then disciplinary points and drawing of lots. In the knockout phase, ties are decided in a single match, and if the score is level after 90 minutes extra time is played, followed by a penalty shoot-out if still level. The winner qualifies for AFC club competition participation subject to the association allocation and licensing requirements.
