Cup (Belarus) (Belarusian Cup, Belarusian: Кубак Беларусі) - an annual national knock-out cup competition for club teams in Belarus, organised by the Belarusian Football Federation since 1992. Regulations: the competition typically includes clubs from the top tiers of the Belarusian league system plus a limited number of amateur qualifiers, and it is played as a single-elimination tournament with qualifying rounds followed by the main bracket. As a rule, up to the Round of 32 the lower-ranked league side hosts, ties between teams from the same level are hosted as drawn, and the final is played as a single match at a neutral venue. In single-match rounds, if the score is level after 90 minutes, two 15-minute extra-time periods are played and, if still level, a penalty shoot-out decides the winner, while in two-legged rounds the winner is decided on aggregate and, if still level after the second leg, the tie is resolved under the competition regulations, including extra time and penalties. The cup winner qualifies for Belarus’ UEFA club competition place reserved for the domestic cup holder - typically in UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying, with the exact entry round determined by the UEFA access list, and if the cup winner has already qualified for Europe via the league, the place is reallocated to the highest-placed league club not already qualified subject to UEFA licensing.
