The Belgian Cup (commercial name: Croky Cup) is Belgium’s national knockout cup competition organised by the Royal Belgian Football Association, featuring clubs from multiple levels with higher-tier teams entering at later stages. Regulations: the competition is played as a knockout, generally as single-match ties, with the semi-finals as the exception played over two legs, with no away-goals rule in the semi-finals, and ties decided by extra time and penalties under the round-specific rules, including the possibility of going straight to penalties in early rounds. The final is traditionally staged at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels. The winners qualify for the UEFA Europa League for the following season, and if the cup winners already have an equivalent or higher European berth via the league, the cup-linked berth is reassigned down the league table according to the domestic allocation rules.
