Super Cup (Croatia) (Hrvatski nogometni superkup) - Croatia’s domestic super cup match organised by the Croatian Football Federation (HNS), contested by the Croatian league champions and the Croatian Cup winners. Regulations: the competition is a single match in a knockout format, it is normally scheduled either immediately before the start of the new season’s league and cup competitions or after the autumn part of the league, with the date set by the competition calendar, the match is played at the league champions’ ground, and by a specific executive decision it may be moved to a neutral venue, including outside Croatia within another FIFA member association. The winner is the team that scores more goals in 90 minutes, and if the score is level at full time the winner is decided by a penalty shoot-out with no extra time.
