Cup (Czechia) (Pohár FAČR, commercially known as the MOL Cup) - Czechia’s national domestic cup competition organised by the Football Association of the Czech Republic. Regulations: the competition is played as a straight knockout with single-match ties. The match is two 45-minute halves, if level after 90 minutes extra time is played as two 15-minute periods and, if still level, the winner is decided by a penalty shoot-out. The winners take Czechia’s domestic-cup UEFA Europa League place, the exact entry round is set by UEFA’s access list, and if the cup winners have already qualified for UEFA competition via the league, the place is reallocated under UEFA rules subject to eligibility and licensing.
