Oberliga Bremen (Bremen-Liga) is the top division of the state association of Bremen within the German league system, organised by the Bremer Fußball-Verband (BFV), and it sits at the fifth tier directly below Regionalliga Nord. Regulations: the league is played as a double round-robin with 16 teams, awarding 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss, and if teams are level on points they are ranked by goal difference, then goals scored, and if still level a deciding match is used. The champion enters the NordFV promotion pathway to Regionalliga Nord by qualifying for the promotion round together with the top eligible teams from Oberliga Hamburg and Oberliga Schleswig-Holstein plus the next best eligible team from Oberliga Niedersachsen, and the top two teams from that round are promoted subject to admission requirements. Relegation goes to the Landesliga, and the number of relegated clubs can vary depending on tier movement involving Regionalliga Nord and vacancy management within the BFV competitions.
