Super League (Greece) (Super League Greece) - the top professional club football division in Greece under the league organisation and the Hellenic Football Federation. Regulations: 14 clubs take part, the season is played home and away with each team playing 26 regular-season matches, after which the competition continues with a second phase - the top part of the table plays a championship round that also allocates European places, the teams placed 5th to 8th play a separate round for the remaining European spot, and the bottom group plays play-outs where the bottom two clubs are relegated to Super League 2. Three points are awarded for a win, one for a draw and none for a defeat, if teams are level on points the tie-breakers are applied in order as head-to-head points, head-to-head goal difference, overall goal difference and goals scored, and if required to decide the title, relegation or European qualification an additional match at a neutral venue is arranged.
