If two clubs are level on points, they are ranked by head-to-head points, head-to-head goal difference, head-to-head away goals, overall goal difference, overall goals scored, then a draw of lots, and if three or more clubs are level on points, a head-to-head mini-table is applied in the order points, goal difference, goals scored, away goals, if any clubs remain tied the head-to-head criteria are reapplied to the tied pair, then overall goal difference, overall goals scored, overall away goals, fewer forfeits, then a draw of lots.
