Superliga (Kosovo): matches and statistics

Superliga (Kosovo) (Superliga e Kosovës) - the top-tier professional club league in Kosovo organised by the Football Federation of Kosovo. Regulations: the league consists of 10 teams and is played as a quadruple round-robin, with each club meeting every opponent four times home and away for 36 matches, with points awarded 3 for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. If teams are level on points, positions are decided by the federation’s sequence of tie-breakers, using overall goal difference and goals scored and then head-to-head criteria, and the federation may order an additional play-off match when equality affects the title, European qualification or relegation. European places follow the UEFA access list: the champion enters UEFA Champions League qualifying, the domestic cup winner enters UEFA Europa League qualifying, and the next best-placed league teams enter UEFA Conference League qualifying, with the starting rounds depending on the association’s UEFA access ranking. At the bottom of the table, relegation to the Kosovo First League and a relegation play-off format may apply as set out by the federation for the season.
