Crown Prince Cup (Kuwait)

Kuwait Crown Prince Cup - an official national knockout competition in Kuwait organised by the Kuwait Football Association for domestic clubs. Regulations: the tournament is played as a single-elimination cup, pairings and the bracket are set by draw and the season regulations, and if new clubs join the competition an additional qualifying match may be staged to determine one participant for the Round of 16, with each round decided in one match and the winner advancing, while any drawn tie is settled in accordance with the competition rules, and in the final a level score after regular time is decided by a penalty shootout. The winner qualifies for the Kuwait Super Cup, entering a semi-final against the Kuwait Premier League champion.
