

Lesotho Premier League (Lesotho Premier League, also Vodacom Premier League) - the top tier of the Lesotho club league system run under the Lesotho Football Association. Regulations: it is played as a national league with 16 clubs in a double round-robin format home and away, using the standard points system of 3 for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. If teams finish level on points, goal difference is used as the primary tie-breaker, with further criteria defined by the season regulations. At season end, the lowest-placed teams are relegated to the Lesotho A Division, while promotion is governed by the second-tier rules. The champions qualify to represent Lesotho in the CAF Champions League, and any additional continental places, if available, are allocated under federation decisions and CAF entry regulations.
