

Morocco Cup (Throne Cup, Coupe du Trône) - Morocco’s national knockout cup competition organized by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation and open to affiliated clubs. Regulations: the tournament starts with preliminary stages where regional leagues select their representatives, followed by several elimination rounds run by the National Amateur Football League using geographic grouping up to the third preliminary round, after which the final-stage rounds are formed by a draw, with Botola Pro D2 clubs entering from the fourth elimination round and Botola Pro D1 clubs entering from the Round of 32. Matches are played as single-leg ties at the venue of the team drawn first, subject to stadium requirements, while the federation designates the venues for the semi-finals and the final. From the Round of 32 through the final, ties are played as winner-deciding matches, and if level after regulation time extra time is played followed by a penalty shootout if required. The winner earns a place in the CAF Confederation Cup.
