

Liga Revelação U23 (Liga Revelação Sub-23) - a Portuguese national under-23 club competition organized by the Portuguese Football Federation. Regulations: up to 20 clubs take part, the 1st phase is split into two geographically distributed series that play a double round-robin, then the top three or four from each series qualify for the 2nd phase Championship Group and the remaining clubs move to the 2nd phase qualification group for the Taça Revelação, with both 2nd-phase groups played as double round-robins in a single table, the qualification group carrying over half of the points earned in the 1st phase rounded up, and the champion being the 1st-placed club in the Championship Group. Three points are awarded for a win, one for a draw and zero for a loss, and level teams are separated in the regulatory order starting with head-to-head points and head-to-head goal difference, then overall goal difference, wins, goals scored and conceded, followed by disciplinary record and squad age criteria, with a neutral-venue playoff possible if required.
