The King’s Cup (Saudi Arabia), officially the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, is Saudi Arabia’s main domestic knockout cup competition organised by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. Regulations: the competition is typically contested by 32 clubs, including top-flight teams and clubs from the next professional level, with a draw creating a bracket and all rounds played as single-elimination (Round of 32, Round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final). The winner advances each round, and if a match is level after 90 minutes it is decided by extra time and, if required, a penalty shoot-out, with replays generally not used. The cup winner qualifies for the AFC Champions League Two.
