Regulations: the league is played on a league basis where clubs face each opponent multiple times during the season, with a baseline format of four meetings per opponent while the organiser reserves the right to amend the competition format. A win is worth 3 points, a draw 1 and a loss 0, and the champion is the club with the most points. If teams are level on points, the tie-breakers are applied in this order: overall goal difference, overall goals scored, number of wins, then head-to-head criteria among the tied teams in this order head-to-head points, head-to-head goal difference, head-to-head goals scored, head-to-head wins, then the fair play table based on disciplinary records, and if still level a play-off match or matches are ordered under organiser decision. International qualification: the league champion represents Singapore and qualifies for AFC Champions League Two and the ASEAN Club Championship under the relevant entry rules.
