Primera Federación play-offs (Spain) (Play Off de Primera Federación) is the end-of-season stage of Spain’s third-tier league organised by the Royal Spanish Football Federation that awards two promotion places to Segunda División in addition to the two group champions. Regulations: the play-offs include the teams ranked 2nd to 5th in each of the two groups, with cross-group two-legged ties, the play-off has two rounds, semi-finals and finals, and in each round the first leg is hosted by the lower regular-season finisher. Each tie is decided on aggregate goals over both legs, if aggregate goals are level after the second leg there is 30 minutes of extra time, and if the tie is still level the team with the higher regular-season position in its group advances, with no penalty shoot-out in this procedure, and the two final winners earn promotion rights to Segunda División subject to admission requirements.
