Segunda Federación - Group 1 (Segunda Federación - Grupo 1) - one of the five groups of Spain’s national fourth-tier league competition organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). Regulations: the group consists of 18 clubs playing a double round-robin (34 matchdays) home and away, with 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, and 0 for a loss. If two teams are level on points, ties are broken by head-to-head goal difference, then overall goal difference, then goals scored, then fair play, and if still level a match on a neutral venue may be designated. Ties among three or more teams are resolved via a head-to-head mini-table (points, then head-to-head goal difference). If needed, overall goal difference, goals scored and fair play are applied next. The group winner is promoted directly to Primera Federación (Primera Federación). Teams placed 2-5 enter the promotion play-offs with two two-legged rounds drawn by lot and, where possible, avoiding same-group pairings until the final. The winner is decided on aggregate. If level, extra time is played. If still tied, the higher regular-season finisher advances, and if both had the same finishing position the tie is decided by penalties. The bottom five teams are relegated to Tercera Federación (Tercera Federación). Additionally, the four 13th-placed teams with the worst coefficient across the five groups play a two-legged relegation play-out round (pairings and order of legs by draw). If level on aggregate, extra time and penalties are used. The two losers are relegated.
