Uzbekistan Cup (O'zbekiston Kubogi) - Uzbekistan’s annual national knockout competition for club teams, organized by the Uzbekistan Professional Football League (UzPFL) within the AFC confederation. Regulations: the competition involves Super League and Pro League clubs, while First League teams enter via qualifying rounds, the main stage includes a 24-team group phase split into six groups of four where each team plays three matches, after which at least the top two in each group advance and, depending on the number of clubs entering at the Round of 16 stage, additional third-placed teams may qualify for the knockouts. All rounds are played as single matches, and in the knockout phase, if a match is level after 90 minutes, two 15-minute extra-time periods are played and, if still level, a penalty shootout decides the winner. Group standings award 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss, and ties on points are broken in the UzPFL sequence: head-to-head criteria (points, goal difference, goals scored, away goals), then overall goal difference, overall goals scored, total wins, away wins, away goals, while in specific cases affecting allocation of a continental place the regulations provide for a one-off neutral-venue play-off match. The cup winner qualifies for the AFC Champions League Two.
