Finalissima (CONMEBOL-UEFA Cup of Champions, formerly the Artemio Franchi Cup) - an official intercontinental national-team match between the UEFA European Championship winners and the CONMEBOL Copa América winners. Regulations: it is a one-off fixture at a neutral venue agreed by the two confederations, played over 90 minutes with no extra time, and if level after regulation time the winner is decided by a penalty shoot-out, with the referee team appointed jointly by UEFA and CONMEBOL.
