Regulations: the competition includes qualifying stages that determine an eight-team centralised final tournament, the final tournament is played as two groups of four in a single round-robin, with 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss, the top two teams in each group advance to the semi-finals played as Winner Group A vs Runner-up Group B and Winner Group B vs Runner-up Group A, and the semi-final winners contest the final.
